For those of you that do not know Mocan is taking a break from wow. He asked me while hes gone and thinking if hes gonna come back to take care of the guild we started. I have never had this responsiblity and truethfully didnt want it, but for the good of the guild I told him I would. Now about a merge, there is NOT ONE . Mocan was talking to this dude crechedo or something and he said he would like to put an alt in the guild to see how we do things, so that maybe in the future we maybe might raid together with his guild, if that is what we want AS A GUILD. 2nd. The rank of co gm which is now called lower, was my attempt at makeing a rank for Mocan our fearless leader so incase I die or My computer takes a big crash he can resume with all the same rights as me but i could not get it above the rank of initiate, that is why when someone joined they became co gm but they have no rights all they can see is guild chat and comment. For this I am truely sorry for the confusion but I had to put my kids to bed and had to get off so i figured i would deal with it today when I got off work. Now about the alts that someone created. These are compleat slams on the guild, and are Intollerable and if i find out who created them, we will talk. Until I find out who they are and can talk to them i cannot get rid of that rank so any new invites will go there and so I renamed this rank to lower for the time being. Again I am sry for all the confusion and this mess belive me It will not happen again and when you are done reading this please vote on cools polls for the tabard. In mocans absence I will be takeing this over. Thank you for your time and please be patient with me for this is my first time.

I have to admit to having created a few of said alts. I did this out of frustration. After a guild-wide meeting we agreed upon slow steps. In one night we lose our GM, gain a new GM and a Co-GM. I must say that the way this person communicated in guild chat was more authoritative than I would expect anyone just coming to "check us out" would be. The gist of it was This person saying they were here to "facilitate" they way we would be running together. It sounded more than a simple "hello, glad to be here" to me.

Back on topic, I don't find my creation of those characters an afront to the guild. Imagmtoo was an exploratory attempt to prove my theory that this person was "back-door'ed" in. Sowatnow was my question to you Aces. So what now? I understand how these may have been novice mistakes but then again, this is why you have a rank of officers and council.

K the new guy comming into the guild was invited by mocan and i do appalogize cus i dont know what was said between mocan and him. That is my next step in reelling in. as for losing your gm I again appalogize cus all I know is that he said he needed me to come online so he could give me gm and I said ?? WHY?? He told me that he needed a break and this would be a temp thing he needed to spend time with his kids (who are playing his toon) and didnt want them to accidentally do anything. He wants to play but cannot deal with "all the guild/ game drama. He said he was going to think on it hard and when and if he gets time he would be on. Now if he does leave permanantly I propose to the guild that we have a vote on who will be gm. This is something i wish to think and discuss with everyone about and see, because accually I really dont want this position or when we were creating this guild i would have asked for it. sry one last thought this guy ended up in that rank cus it was lower than initiate on the ranks and i was trying to make this rank for mocan when he was invited in as soon as I found this out I changed the name and moved him to initiate and i will not let this guy take over our guild that is not what the guild wanted or what i want. Again i do appalogize for all this confusion, and ask that you think that i had no idea what i was doing or that mocan was in this position. Please be patient and I will sort all of this out.
